How Sprout content is created
Our guides are written to help people use Sprout and find calmer ways to manage tasks without shame or unnecessary complexity.
Product accuracy
The Sprout team checks feature descriptions and instructions against the current app. We distinguish what Sprout can do from the choices, judgement, and professional support that remain with each person.
Practical, not clinical
Our articles share practical ideas for tasks, reminders, work, study, and life admin. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Important health claims need an appropriate, traceable source.
Comparisons and sources
App comparisons use public product information and hands-on checks where practical. We link important external claims to their source so readers can inspect the evidence and when it was published.
Updates
A publication date shows when an article first appeared. We add an updated date only after a meaningful review or change. Small formatting fixes do not become artificial freshness signals.
Translations and corrections
Translated articles keep the same intent as the English source. If a feature, source, translation, or other detail is wrong or unclear, email hello@sproutapp.tech and we will review it.
